Hanging Offence

This is part of a large poster advertising the transports of delight that are coming to an artery near you as part of the Transport 21 Initiative.
The slogan is "connecting communities, promoting prosperity".
Unfortunately the poster hanger didn't bother reading his own poster, or maybe he just didn't have enough room, but the slogan on this poster includes a new word:
The "in" is out, so to speak. It prompted me to wonder if we should institute a PhD in poster hanging. Think about the benefits:
- hand and eye coordination
- climbing the ladder
- literacy/spelling
- poetic interpretation
- and more
