Occasional Photos[I intend adding to these as I scan stuff in.] |
Mam, and her friend and colleague, Jo Ward, went to Germany in 1937 and cycled a fair bit around the Köln. I remember her telling me that it was all "Heil Hitler" at the time. I think this photo was taken in the region of Drachenfels. |
When Martina and myself went back to Köln with her in the early fifties, a follow up photo was de rigeur.

A young Mam, from her photo album. I have no idea what age she was here. |
Dad, taken outside the Rambler's Rest, in Ballybrack. The hat and dangling cigarette are typical. The clothes sense and style clearly carried on down the male line! |
Mam and myself. Possibly in O'Connell Street, where there were always street photographers at the bridge. Alternatively, it could have been at the zoo, or anywhere! |
A very serious me. Taken for some nefarious EBRD mission in 1991. |
Martina, possibly around the time of her 21st?
