This marriage cert gave me the following information :

• Both Nicholas and Julia lived in in the same house in Lorne Terrace. Apparently Julia came to look after the children sometime after Bridget's death.
• Old Nick was dead by this time.
• The best man, John Higgins, recurs. He is also best man at Nicholas's third marriage, helping to confirm that the cert for the third marriage was the correct one.
• He may also have been a half brother of Nicholas, as Nicholas's mother was said to have been previously married to a Higgins, and the Nicholas's children were farmed out to a Higgins family after Julia's death.
