Looking at the Sheiling from the Green Space in Bettyglen. There is a long history of the Hotel looking for an opening into this estate through the green space. This was continually thwarted by the efforts of the local residents. It arose again in the context of this construction where access for final parking and for construction machinery was sought but refused.
