The Bicycle
Background
The bicycle is the main form of transport in Utrecht. Cyclists generally have priority over motorised traffic and this has them coming out in vast numbers.
Some find them a nuisance and "discourage" people from leaning them against their shopfronts.
Others do the same, but more politely, and blame the fire brigade.
